PGLPOKER GRIND LEDGER
PUBLIC BETA · EFFECTIVE 3 SEPTEMBER 2026

Public Beta Terms

These terms govern access to the Poker Grind Ledger (“PGL”) Public Beta operated by DAVAND, Lda.

1. Operator and contact

PGL is operated by DAVAND, Lda., a Portuguese limited liability company, NIPC/NIF 516751298. Full registered-office details are available on the Legal Information page. Contact support@pokergrindledger.com.

2. What PGL is

PGL is a poker tracking, ledger and analytics product for activity entered by users. PGL does not operate poker games, accept wagers, process poker buy-ins as gambling transactions, hold Player funds or bankrolls, provide a solver, or provide legal, tax, investment or financial advice. PGL does not automatically connect to poker rooms unless a future feature expressly says otherwise. Poker-room names and marks identify where users record activity; they do not imply affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

3. Public Beta and availability

PGL is in Public Beta. Features may evolve, bugs and interruptions may occur, and continued availability of the service or every Beta feature is not guaranteed. Keep independent records or download backups where the information matters to you. PGL will use reasonable care required by applicable law but does not offer an uptime commitment.

The current Public Beta may be used without charge. This does not promise permanently free access. Future plans, subscriptions or charges may be introduced only under applicable future terms, prices and notice presented before a charge is made.

4. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep credentials secure, provide accurate registration information and promptly contact Support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you enter, compliance with applicable laws and poker-room rules, and independent verification of important records. Metrics depend on user entries and available historical FX information. PGL does not guarantee poker profitability, future results, the accuracy of user-entered data or the suitability of reports for tax, legal or professional purposes.

You retain ownership of your poker and profile data. You give PGL only the limited permission needed to host, copy, validate, convert, display and otherwise process that data to operate, secure and support the service according to the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use PGL unlawfully; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with another account or service infrastructure; evade security controls; launch automated attacks; introduce malware; scrape or overload the service; or help someone do those things.

7. Suspension and ending access

We may proportionately suspend access while investigating security, abuse or a material breach, and may terminate access for a material or repeated breach. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary for security, law or protection of others. Where reasonably possible, PGL will provide notice and an opportunity to export data. You may stop using PGL, delete poker data through the applicable product workflow, or request Account Deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Feedback

You may voluntarily send feedback. You keep any rights you have in it and allow PGL to use, adapt and discuss it without payment to evaluate and improve the product. This permission is non-exclusive and does not assign unrelated work or every underlying idea to PGL.

9. Intellectual property

PGL software, design, content and branding belong to DAVAND, Lda. or its licensors and may not be copied, resold or exploited except as law permits or PGL expressly allows. Poker-room names, logos and other third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Service quality and liability

PGL is an evolving Beta service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, statutory guarantees or mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

11. Portuguese law and disputes

These terms use Portuguese law as their governing framework. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections, jurisdiction rights or courts available to you under applicable law, including the law of your country of residence where it must apply. Please contact support@pokergrindledger.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

12. Changes

We may update these terms as PGL evolves. We will date the new version and communicate material changes appropriately. Changes will not silently create retroactive payment obligations. Where continued use requires fresh agreement, PGL will request it through an appropriate process.
